There is discoloration around the collar, a mark on the front of the coat near the collar, and multiple light colored stains on the front of the coat closer to the bottom and one on the belt - I have not recently tried to clean this so I do not know if they are easily removable or not. Also, one of the buttons are loose and might need mending in the future. Please see all photos for visuals as well as its details and overall signs of wear.

Measurements are 40 inches from shoulder to bottom, and 18 inches from one underarm to the other
