This is a new rare Monte Carlo Casino Las Vegas tote bag. It is about 15 1/2 inches long by 5 inches wide by 13 inches high (not counting the straps). It is black and has Monte Carlo Las Vegas embroidered in red on one side. It has a magnetic button closure. It has been in storage for years. The Monte Carlo closed. This is a very nice tote bag.
