This Nikon 120mm f4 Medical Nikkor Lens is in excellent condition with faint handling wear only.  I rate it cosmetically at (9+) condition.  The glass is clean and clear with no haze, marks or fungus.  The aperture works properly.  I do not now if the flash works as I do not have the power supply.  Both caps and cable are included.
