Shipping and Handling:

• We ship via USPS Ground Advantage for fast and reliable delivery.
• Items are shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment, but we typically ship the same day for orders received early in the day.

Packaging and Care:

• We pride ourselves on secure packaging to ensure your item arrives safely, as noted by our positive customer reviews.
• Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly and recycled packing materials to minimize environmental impact.

Our Commitment to You:

Most items, even if new in box, are of vintage age, sourced from estate sales and other unique finds. Please examine the pictures carefully and feel free to ask questions. Being vintage, some items may have small defects or normal wear from age. If there is anything unusual or out of sorts with an item that we can see, we always document and point it out, doing our best to describe and photograph items accurately.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

• We accept returns if the item is not as described or pictured.
• Please contact us with any concerns, and we will work to make it right.

Additional Notes:

• Items come from a pet-friendly home.
• While we are fragrance-free, sourced items may carry residual scents from their previous homes.
