Hi, I'm Bartlings a Stylish Vintage Black and White size 8 Pleated Worsted Wool skirt made in the USA looking for a new home.  I'd love to be out and about.    I'd keep you warm & looking chic.  Please adopt me.  I'm named after the fine woman's clothing store in Traverse City that closed in 2001.

My pleats are approx. 3/4 inch deep and I have no moth holes.  I'm lined in cream satin and I notice a small nick on my waistband and a small spec shown in the close up.  My owner kept me nice, but she has put on too many pounds to wear me as seen in the photo so the waist hook has been altered to interfere with the button hole but could be moved back.

I'm 25 inches long from top of waistband to the hem.
Waistband measures approx. 12.5 inches wide laid flat making a 25 inch waist.
