It is brand new with tags, official merchandise. Price on tag reads $129. Light blue and white colors with a tiny check pattern. Size on tag is XL, but check the following measurements for proper sizing fit BEFORE buying, do not just go by the tag size: Pit to pit measures 25.5 inches and top of shoulder to bottom is 31 inches.
