Early rocker cover with breather elbow. Please check photos as they form part of the description. There are recesses in the outer lip so may have been fitted on an 11 stud head in the past. The internal photos show where one of the adjusters may have contacted the breather elbow shield, also signs that the valve caps had been rubbing at some point as if it wasn’t centrally positioned.
