  3. Please contact us via ebay message to get the return shipping address and an RAM number is required. The goods must be returned in resalable condition(unmarked and undamaged and in its original box and original condition along with all its accessories and packaging. Buyer is responsible for P&P cost.
  4. Any damages during transit must be reported to us within 48 hours on receipt. Accident, neglect, misuse and normal wear and tear are not covered by this policy.
