Welcome to my ebay store, FE FI FO DRUM.   As literally a life long drummer, I've accumulated a tremendous amount of drums, drum sets, and all related percussion instruments, and gear.    Not long ago I retired from my main job, and am directing myself to selling some of the great "stuff" I've accumulated.    FE FI FO DRUM has been a fixture on Ebay for well over 20 years.   We've transacted over 2,000 times during that period, and have a 100 per cent positive / satisfaction rate amongst buyers.     I go to great lengths to assure proper description of the items I list, being responsive to inquiries by potential buyers, shipping timely and packing correctly.    So, you're in good hands here. 

        Today I'm listing an unusual, but very cool drum, I've had for a long time.   I bought it years ago when I saw it for sale.    I was struck by its unusual, if not irreverant appearance.    I noticed that the hoop bore the distinctive logo of the Slingerland 
Radio King line.    It clearly was a modified Radio King (top of the line)16" floor tom, which had been cut down to the top portion, 2 inches worth of body, still with factory original glass glitter silver wrap, and someone had attached the thin large open bottom end of the  drum to a stand, via a block of wood tastefully running the diameter of the interior of the drum, to which the stand attached.        By contrast to a regular floor tom, it was extremely light, and to my amazement it still projected real well. I put a new Evans head on it, and have used it now and again for various gigs where space was at a premium, with great satisfaction.
         I'll say this right off.  This drum is certainly one of a kind, and to my great pleasure,  although not projecting quite like a full depth 16" x 16" acoustic floor tom, it is very cool in appearance, very easy to transport to gigs, etc. and sounds amazingly good    I'll try to attach a video of the drum being played so you can get a feel for its sound.    You'll be amazed!!!     
         This drum is so unique, and of such core quality that I feel a list price of  $150.00, is very reasonable and attractive  and in that it's quite light and has a small footprint, I'll ship for $35.00, insured to the 48 U.S..
