NOTES: Since 2017 I have handled numerous of these coins and a 2016 Genghis Kahn PCGS PR70 Gold Proofs. Over the years I have noticed these coins developing RED-ish spots.
Impurities? Not likely due to amount of spotting.
Most Likely- Coins are minted on machines and areas that have other coin metal dust particulates and oils. Freshly minted in dust particulate space, the coins/proofs are then tightly sealed under plastic letting Oxidation (corrosive element) tones up these dust particulates captured on the coin under plastic.
I absolutely encourage you to do your own research on this topic.
----
On this coin, here are locations of spotting.
Obverse: Lip, his Right Shoulder, Left Lapel, maybe in eyebrow
Reverse: Lower left of "0.5g" and a few near writing on upper middle right side.
I tried to take pics so you can clearly see these.
The PCGS Authenticity # is given.
CASE CONDITION: Almost new, but a few very light scuffs, very light.
