Product Description
Our hearing aid wax guard filters can effectively prevent earwax, dirt, and moisture from entering and damaging your hearing aids. Wax guards play a crucial role in maintaining your hearing aid's performance and longevity.
When to Replace:
Replace your wax guard filters if you experience a drop in sound clarity.
If your hearing seems diminished, it's time to change the filters.
Ideally, replace your wax guards every two weeks to keep them functioning at their best.
How to Replace:
1) Removing the Wax Filter
Use the pin end of the tool to push into the used wax filter. Gently pull the tool back to extract the old filter.
2) Inserting the New Wax Filter
Use the stick end of the tool to place the new filter into the hearing aid’s receiver. Once it’s settled, remove the tool.
Tips for Maintaining Optimal Performance:
Regularly change the wax guards to avoid wax accumulation and ensure top-notch performance. Replacing every 2 weeks is recommended.
If you detect any decline in sound quality or notice reduced hearing, promptly replace the wax guard with a fresh one.
For those with oily ear canals, consider changing the wax guards more often to maintain cleanliness.
Store your filters in a cool, dry location to extend their lifespan and effectiveness.
