All Gates Approved cars and commercial vehicles are supplied with a minimum of 12 months’ warranty. This warranty is for all Ford cars and commercial vehicles up to 5 years of age and/or 70,000 miles. This warranty is based upon a balance of the manufacturer's warranty and, where applicable, an extensive approved warranty through the Ford Protect warranty programme. Ford Protect guards most of the factory-fitted mechanical or electrical components of your car, although there are some exclusions, including (but not limited to) routine service items, bodywork, glass/seals and perishable items such as batteries, bulbs and tyres.
