EXCELLENT = Very lightly used--close to new--sold as pre-owned
GREAT = Normal wear for age---no chips or cracks, crazing or stains
GOOD = Shows signs of use-- marking from knives and use---no chips
FAIR = Has imperfections but functionality is not compromised
CRAFT = silver worn off in places--dings and dents or bent
REFURBISHED = I personally refurbish each piece by hand and return to excellent condition
ANTIQUE / VINTAGE / PORCELAIN = Crazing may appear in shipping. This is due to age. Silverplate may have wear commensurate with age

Inventory control stickers are our way of navigating fraudulent claims. The stickers are a tool we have to counter those who are deceptive and fraudulent.
Refund abuse is the intentional manipulation of a retailer's return or refund policy for financial or material gain, often under false pretenses. The individual avoids payment for an item or service through deceptive claims or actions, such as:
Fabricating damage: Falsely claiming an item arrived chipped or broken.
Non-return refund: Demanding a refund for an item they still possess and refuse to send back.
