I have sold many San Marcos blankets and this is definitely the same weight and quality but I wasn't able to confirm the exact lion design.

Overall in good pre-owned vintage condition. Some light pilling which is primarily visible on the knit binding as well as some areas where the knit binding is wearing thin. No stains or other damage. Lots of useful life remaining.

On the cream side there is a line about a third of the way across where the blanket appears darker cream on one side of the line and lighter on the other. It is near where the lion image starts and I believe is just part of the weaving or the way the blanket nap is laying.

This has been washed with fragrance free laundry detergent but it has a lingering slightly sweet perfume scent and may require another wash.
