You will receive both pillows made with great vintage fabric. The pillows are lined on the inside and will not ship with a pillow. These were purchased at a local estate. They will need to be laundered. The lining gives the fabric on the pillow a thick sturdy feel. The designs on the fabric are great vintage patterns.
