Warranty Policy
- Coverage: Warranty covers engine block and head only. Electronics, seals, and accessories are not covered.
- Exclusions: Warranty excludes shipping charges, labor, replacement parts, and any additional costs.
- Installation Requirement: Engines and transmissions must be installed by a certified mechanic to remain under warranty.
- Compression Testing: All engines are tested for compression before shipment.
- Repairs: Should the engine require repairs, it must be returned to us. We do not cover repair costs (parts or labor).
- Warranty Void: The warranty will be void if the engine is seized or damaged due to improper installation or customer misuse.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Refund/Replacement: Refunds or replacements will be issued only after the returned item is inspected at our warehouse.
Return Policy
- Return Shipping: The buyer is fully responsible for return shipping, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in the same condition as when received, fully assembled, with all original parts included. Ensure that any parts removed during installation are kept.
- Initiating Returns: Please contact us to create a return authorization before returning any items.
- Inspection & Testing: All returned items will be inspected and tested. Signing for delivery does not indicate acceptance of your return claim.
- Missing or Damaged Parts: If the returned item is missing parts or damaged, replacement costs for missing parts will be deducted from your refund.
- Damage During Possession: If the item is damaged due to improper handling or installation while in your possession, no refund will be issued, and we may pursue legal action.
- Outcome of Return: After inspection, we will notify you whether the return claim is approved or denied. If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed. If denied, no replacement or refund will be issued.
Shipping Damage Claims
If your item is damaged during shipping:
- Report damage immediately to the driver upon delivery.
- File a claim with the shipping company as soon as possible.
Shipping Policy
- Business Address or Loading Dock: Shipping is only available to business addresses or locations with a loading dock.
- Residential Address: If you require shipping to a residential address, an additional charge of $80 will apply.
- We ship to the 48 contiguous states of the USA, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Europe. For an exact shipping quote to your destination, feel free to contact us.
