Rare Black Dialed Tissot F Navigator Quartz World Time.
When I bought the watch used, the bezel was stuck. I took it to get it repaired, and they fixed it to move again, but didn’t fix its function.
You’re supposed to be able to turn the bezel to the city you want, and push in the crown. Then, the time switches to that timezone.
It runs fine other than that. You do need to work the crown a bit to change the time. The watchmaker said it just needed serviced at Tissot repair center for the bezel function.
New battery at the end of last year.
