Open box vintage 1995 Star Trek U.S.S. Excelsior NCC-200, looks complete, box may have some very very light wear, collectors edition #8557, please see photos.  I pushed the button for the sound and nothing happened, which was not a surprise since the batteries are over 20 years old.
