This super rare antique James Dixon & Sons of Sheffield miniature hip flask is a wonderful find for any collector ,it’ has a lovely colour and patina . The flask engraved with the initials “ H.V.N.” , made in the early 1900s, is crafted from silverplate, leather, and glass and measures approximately just 4 1/4” tall by 2”wide and holds around just 3/32 of a pint. It is the perfect size and design for carrying your favourite tipple with you on the go.
The flask is ideal for those who appreciate the classic design of hip flasks and are looking for a unique addition to their collection or a wonderful gift idea. This hip flask is a must-have for any enthusiast or collector of quality antiques. Please remember this is now around one hundred years old and has been used, so will have some tiny marks and scratches etc and wear to the leather but having said that condition is exceptional for it’s age apart from a small chip to the glass neck but nothing that affects use- see pictures. Please also note, without the chip to the glass neck it would be priced at £145 , so a very good reduction for minimal damage.
