Often referred to as half chaps, or leg wraps, these were commonly worn by European and/or American military officers and cavalrymen in the early 1900's, particularly around WWI.  This pair is in remarkable condition for their age ... are very sturdy dark  brown leather, and measure approximately 12" tall.  Stamped inside "Made in England".  See photos for detail and condition.
