This is a Sony PlayStation Analog Joystick (SCPH-1110

It was Sony's first analog controller for the PlayStation console, released before the more common Dual Analog and DualShock controllers.

It was the first controller to feature true dual analog control using potentiometers.

The large base unit features standard PlayStation face buttons (triangle, circle, X, square) and shoulder buttons (L1, L2, R1, R2).

It was primarily intended for use with flight simulator games and was only compatible with a few select games.
