This heavy duty strapping tensioner is of all harden steel construct to ensure its durability. It is flexible enough to be used vertically or horizontally, and provides maximum sealing strength for your products.
This ratchet tensioner tool is ideal for home and industry multi-purpose like warehouse package dock, moving, garage storage, securing cargo during transportation.
How to use the Strapping kit:
Step a. Squeeze the handle to lift the gripping jaw
Step b. Thread the free end of the strap through the back of the tool under the gripping jaw, leaving approximately 1″ of overhang front of the tool.
Step c. Wrap the strap around the load
Step d. Take the end of the strap still attaching to the coil and thread it through the cutter housing and the shaft slot
Step e. Push the handle forward and back repeatedly to fasten strap.
Step f. Place seal on both straps and using the sealer to crimp
Step g. Squeeze the handle to cut the strap
