Models are plastic cast, come pre-assembled and unpainted, photos of painted miniatures are for illustrative purposes only. The plastic is easy to work with and can be re-shaped when the model is dipped into hot water (to straighten bases, weapons, limbs etc).  

Items will be sent bubble-wrapped and carefully packed inside a cardboard box. If you are interested in multiple items or have any questions please let me know.

Wherever you are in the world, postage for each additional item is FREE!

If there is an issue applying the discount, you're welcome to message me (there should be a 'Request Total from Seller' icon in the basket) and I will amend the invoice for you.

I always send items within a week of receiving payment and often within a couple of days, adding tracking details once the item has been dispatched. You're welcome to contact me at any time for further details of where your parcel is up to. 

The delivery service will either be Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Hermes. Parcels are sent tracked to ensure they reach their destination and tracking information will be provided. Please note for expensive items a signature may be required at your end.


Refunds and returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me before leaving feedback so we can work out a solution.

We occasionally receive return requests and accept returns up to two weeks after delivery. Buyers should note before purchasing that postage costs we incur will be deducted from the refund. Receipt of postage will be provided to clarify any deductions. 

Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility.
