This item has had the original SSD removed and replaced with a second hand SSD upon which Windows 11 has been installed and licensed via the COA embedded in the BIOS.

Batteries (where present) are not tested in any way. How long a battery lasts is depended on the tasks being conducted e.g. If the item is left on standby the battery will last considerably longer than if it was streaming a film with volume and screen settings at max whilst background tasks such as emails etc are running - Please assume included batteries will require replacement so factor this into your bid.

As we are a recycling company we try to reuse as much packaging as possible to both reduce our carbon footprint and keep our P&P costs low for our customers. So please do not be alarmed if your packing box says it should contain another item (i.e. we often ship PC's in monitor boxes) or if there is any writing on the box from its previous use or inserts from other packaging used to hold items securely for transit. We package items well; we will never ship laptops in boxes we feel are too small to adequately protect them or with bubble wrap and card alone to keep the dimensions small. Your items safe carriage is our priority. Please trust our judgement, you do not need to send us packaging instructions and we are not able to package to your requirements.
We can not reduce shipping costs due to the weight of the items or combine shipping with any other purchases.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Our delivery partners photograph the shipment on collection from us and on delivery to your designated UK address - If using an onward shipping company other than eBay Global Shipping to an international address no liability for damages during this transit is given - you are advised to take out insurance to cover this part of the journey as only delivery to the UK address provided is covered. We can not package this item any smaller or differently to reduce your onward shipping costs.
