Koala Kids Gold Rosette Holiday Dress - the top of this dress is 92% polyester 8% spandex black velvet with ruching at the sides of the waist, buttons and a bow in back; the gold rosette skirt and underskirt with attached tulle at the hem are 100% polyester.

Size 18 months fits weight 25-28 lbs and height 31-33 inches and is about 17.75 inches long.
