WWII German made export boot knife - used by the Hungarian fascist Arrow Cross militia. 

On one side of the blade the German Waffenamt Army Weapons Agency acceptance / proof marking is present and on the other you can observe the Hungarian Arrow Cross stamping. 

Circa 1943-1944, Szálasi-era, post Horthy regency period in standard Hungarian WWII era field green color.
