What if there is more wrong than pads are ripped, traces are damaged, etc and the repair is more extensive?

-We will contact customer and discuss the issue, this service only covers HDMI port replacement, pad repair, trace repair, and IC testing and possible IC replacement, but your payment can be applied towards the actual repair needed which will be quoted based on the flat rates charged for the type of repair required.

What if the ps5 needs something different than an HDMI port replacement and cannot be repaired for a price that is acceptable to the customer or the customer changes their mind?

-The item can be returned and the only expense not refunded will be for the shipping which we cannot refund.

What if a repair attempt is made but the repair cannot be completed for ANY reason?

-If we accept the device and attempt repair, and then later find a reason that we cannot continue or find that the motherboard cannot be salvaged, we will send a full refund including shipping. We cover the shipping cost if we determine the repair cannot be completed.
