This pin is in excellent vintage condition. Maker's mark - an "M" inside a circle and 750 = 18K gold but could be 17K. The stone is a gemstone electronically tested but not sure if it is natural or man-made.   It weighs 4.83 grams. It measures approx. 1 7/8 x 1 inches.
