This is used with power cord only, and was in storage for 20 years in a box. I plugged this in and a red light came on, put a disc in and it sounded like it read it. I don’t have a way to test this. But if it doesn’t work you can return it. Has scratches from use sticker residue on top and dust (needs cleaned) / see photos. Check out my other vintage video games. Thanks
