Tyres Direct Online Ltd are a Bedfordshire-based online tyre and wheel retailer that specialises in 4x4s whilst also offering the industry’s best brands and products for Off-roaders, SUV’s and Vans.

Established in the UK since 2008, we’ve since grown from a one-man band with an eBay store to one of the UKs leading suppliers of 4x4 tyres, wheels and accessories.

Whilst ‘tyres’ is in our name, 4x4 wheels are a big part of what we do too. Ranging from low-cost steel wheels to top-of-the-range alloys, Tyres Direct offers one of the UK’s largest stock of 4x4 wheels including brands like KMC, Black Rhino, Fuel and more.

For those that want a more cost-effective solution, look no further than our very own, in-house steel wheel brand GOJOS. Having manufactured the wheels since 2012, they’ve since grown to become a well-recognised best-selling brand in the UK currently offering over 50 fitments for a wide array of 4x4s and vans.

Delivery Information

• Dispatch: All UK orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days.
• Standard Delivery: Our standard courier service offers 1-2 working days, though items may arrive sooner.
• Leaving Goods: NO goods will be left without a signature please have the goods delivered where someone will be in to sign for the goods.
• Commercial Address: By using a commercial address this will speed up your delivery as they are prioritised by the couriers.
• Tracking: Tracking numbers are attached to all eBay orders. 

Delivery Charges 

• We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Scottish Isles.
• Scottish “extended areas” which can take up to 3-5 working days for delivery (regardless of what eBay estimated timeline suggests):
• AB30-36, AB39, AB41-42, AB51-54, DD8-11, FK7-21, IV1-20, IV23-25, IV30-32, IV36, IV63, PA21-38, PA80, PH3-13, PH15-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. 
• Tyres lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or unavailability for delivery are the customers responsibility.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Tyres Direct On-Line Ltd operates a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery.

All returned tyres must be unused, in their original packaging, and securely wrapped for transit. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return as proof of purchase. Returns received without this documentation may result in delays or refusal of a refund.

The customer is fully responsible for arranging the return of the tyres and for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Tyres Direct On-Line Ltd prior to return.

Tyres Direct On-Line Ltd accepts no liability for tyres lost or damaged during return transit. Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked and insured delivery service, as any loss or damage remains the customers responsibility.

All returned tyres are subject to inspection upon receipt. Tyres Direct On-Line Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse a refund if the tyres show signs of use, damage, or do not meet return conditions.
