For items which develop a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us with details of the fault and evidence in the form of pictures where possible. Upon successful receipt and inspection of the item, we will refund or replace this item (where possible). For items which develop a fault after 30 days of purchase, please contact us with details of the fault and evidence in the form of pictures where possible. We will then advise you on resolving this issue, through repair where necessary
