Raleigh Grand Prix 10 speed sport/touring bicycle. I found this bike at a local thrift store and immediately saw that it would be a beautiful bike once it was cleaned up. The pictures reflect 4 days of me cleaning it. Made in England with Simplex derailleur and shifters, Swiss Weinmann center-pull brakes and French Normandy hubs. The tires look new, as does the seat. I think it was built in 1973, judging by the stamping on the head tube (73).
Measurements (approximate):
Frame length: 24.5” (62cm)
Top tube length: 23.5” (60cm)
Head tube length: 6” (15.5cm)
Standover height: 33” (84cm)
