Used pair of PS5 controllers with d-pad not working on either pair. Every other button works perfectly fine, just not the d-pad. Despite rigorous cleaning with many safe methods, d-pads have continued to not work. They have not been opened up either. Up doesn't work on the white controller. Up and right do not work on the galactic purple, with galactic purple thinking right is down if I press on it hard enough. Controllers will be wiped down and properly and safely cleaned before shipping.
