When washing your face on days when your skin is sensitive, pump the bubble onto your hand three times before gently rolling it over the skin. Since the product's plant-derived surfactant has a high coagulation point similar to coconut oil, it may turn white and crystallize during cold weather, or the product's contents may appear cloudy; however, this is a normal phenomenon due to the formulation's characteristics, and when stored at room temperature, it will change back to liquid with no issues using it.
