I’ve owned this since the mid 90’s. I was too poor and couldn’t afford a Yashica , So I got this and it ended up being a great little rangefinder with a built in light meter that still works to this day. I lost the top half of the cover years ago.

It’s definitely different than the boring other rangefinders out there.
The camera shown is a Voigtländer Vito CLR, a classic German 35mm film rangefinder camera produced in the 1960s. The 'C' indicates it is part of the Vito C series, while 'L' denotes a coupled light meter and 'R' signifies a rangefinder. Key Features and Specifications • Film Type: It uses standard 35mm film for 24x36mm images. • Lens: The camera is equipped with a fixed 50mm f/2.8 Lanthar lens. Other versions also featured the Color-Skopar lens. • Shutter: It uses a Prontor 500 LK leaf shutter with speeds ranging from 1/15 to 1/500 second, plus a 'B' (Bulb) setting. • Exposure Meter: The Vito CLR features an external selenium light meter, so it does not require batteries for operation. The meter readout can be seen on the top plate. • Focusing: Focusing is achieved via a coupled rangefinder system where the user aligns two images in the viewfinder for sharpness.
• Design: This model has the round-ended body style and is considered a deluxe version, indicated by features like leatherette accents and a black shutter release button. This camera is known for its sturdy all-metal construction and produces very sharp images.
