They were NOT made for a Regular Hula Popper.

I have these same skirts in Black and Yellow and Chartreuse and Green for sale on other listings. 

They are the same dimensions and price.

Erie Dearie calls these MINI skirts, they also make a Micro Mini which is even smaller.

I have 4-5 sizes and all have a willow blades on the underside.

Some glow in the dark too when charged with light.

I don't have any Arbogast Flyrod size hula poppers left. 

I had the last 600 of them in the USA but sold them all 10 years ago.

These are Erie Dearie Skirts are very pliable and I believe these are made from Vinyl.

Thear are super soft so they may be made from silicone too.

I am not certain but they are NOT made from Rubber so they won't get hard and stiff.
