Explanation regarding official original boxes
1.During the production process, it is inevitable that the plastic wrapping may not be tightly stretched and could appear loose. However, the tear-open notch of the box remains unopened, so please feel free to purchase with confidence.
2.To prevent the sealed packs from inflating and bursting, each pack of cards is designed with air vents. This is an official design and not something we sellers have poked one by one. Buyers who are concerned about this are advised not to place an order. Any requests for return or refund based on this reason will be rejected. Your understanding is appreciated.
Note on Card Bending
Due to the high temperature and air humidity in the area where our store is located, the card surfaces may bend. This is a normal phenomenon and not a crease. The official Pokémon has explained this: simply place the cards in a toploader and a dry environment, and they will return to normal. Buyers who are concerned about this are advised not to place an order.
Logistics Reminder
Please note that for cards exceeding $700, we will ship them via DHL . Kindly cooperate with the local DHL delivery personnel and carefully check whether the outer packaging has been damaged.
