Classic Drop Springs uses the Ebay Global Shipping Program.  Your order will be shipped to an Ebay freight forwarding warehouse in the United States. At this point, Ebay then takes control and assumes all responsibility of the shipment. Ebay will generate a new tracking # and forward the shipment to your destination.  If your order has been refused and is shipping back, it is shipping back to Ebay, not us. Our obligation for international orders is to get your order to the International Ebay warehouse and Ebay assumes all responsibility for the shipment

Classic Drop Springs offers a 30-day return on all items listed on Ebay. Returns will not be accepted on items that have been modified, painted, abused, damaged or are special-order items. All return requests must go through eBay. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
