Q:How to get it start?

A:Simply plug into the OBD II port on your car and turn ignition on and you ready to go. It does not need any battery or charger, gets the power directly from the OBDII data link connector in your vehicle.

Q: Why i can not update it on my MacBook?

A: This scanner tool only support to update on WINDOWS SYSTEMS, can not be update on MAC SYSTEMS.

Q: What if the scan tool cannot communicate with a our car?

A: Please check the following possible reasons:

First, please check if the software has been updated to the latest version.

Second, please check if there is any data link connector besides the 16 Pin one. Some models like G-Class: 461, 463/SLK: 170 may need a 38-pin to 16-pin connector cable.
