What is a B Grade?


Grade B is defined as having the following blemishes that do not exceed these requirements:

1) Chips or damage to the PCB (Printed Circuit Board), will not be larger than .7mm in diameter. (about the tip of a mechanical pencil)

2) No scratches or damage to LGA (Land Grid Array)

3) Heat spreader will have scratches, clamp marks from previous installs, but will not have copper showing.

We are in the office Monday to Friday and ship orders out every day. Shipments will be shipped out the same business day (excluding postal holidays) as long as the order is paid for by 3PM PT. All orders that are paid after 3PM PT will be shipped the following business day.

eChecks generally take 3-5 business days to process (per PayPal). Items will be shipped the business day that the eCheck clears. eChecks that clear after 3PM PT, will be shipped the following business day.

Standard shipping may include USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or FedEx Ground. We can upgrade to any other USPS or FedEx service at our cost with no handling fees.

We use DHL Express for all direct International shipments. Many items the we do not directly ship Internationally ourselves are listed through eBay's Global Shipping Program and will ship from eBay's ship center. Please see the following for details on the program:

We can only ship to the shipping address you have selected at eBay checkout. Please make sure to select the correct address when making your payment. If an order does have the wrong shipping information, the order will have to be canceled and reordered per eBay and PayPal policy.

If the item has been damaged in your possession, we will not be able to accept the return.

Restocking Fee: We charge a 20% restocking fee on new sealed items that have been opened (as we will have to resell them as used). We don't charge restocking fees on any other items, regardless of the reason for return.

All returns MUST be shipped back within 90 days of delivery.

International Returns: We are not able to print labels from other countries. Please request approval on return shipping costs before shipping and we will reimburse you for them.

We do record serial numbers for verification purposes and will report all falsified returns.
