This is a black pencil skirt, very stretchy material - primarily polyester (50%) with additional materials of Wool (35%), Silk, Viscose, Elastan and Nylon.  The lining is Cupro (93%) and Elastan (7%).

The design features black fabric with 2" wide small Gold square panels on each side.  A 1/2" black velvet trim separates this top design from a pure black bottom 5" section of the skirt.   The waist line of the skirt is darted and the lower back has an 8" center slit.    Closure features a 6" zipper with a hook/eye.
