Overview
This MagCAD top bearing cover allows you to mount a compatible ENVE IN-Route stem or one-piece cockpit to your Cannondale SuperSix EVO Gen 4 (2023-2025) road bike. To complete the conversion, some additional headset modifications may be required, outside the scope of the MagCAD bearing cover. See Application section below for more details.

This MagCAD top bearing cover is 10mm in height. The ENVE stem can be fitted directly on top for a "slammed" low stack height setup or fitted with ENVE IN-Route spacers, not supplied, for a taller headset stack height.

OEM ENVE spacers, which are a split design, and can be purchased from ENVE directly. Otherwise we have both 5mm and 10mm 3D printed non split spacers available to purchase separately, depending on how many are required for your particular installation.

This MagCAD top bearing cover is designed as a replacement for the Cannondale OEM Headset Bearing Cover (code: K28052). Therefore, it may fit other Cannondale models that use the same OEM bearing cover but this has yet to be confirmed.

Please note: This MagCAD Top Bearing Cover is designed for electronic shifting and the internal routing of two hydraulic hoses. The cable routing is tight when used in a slammed low stack setup. This bearing cover does not support the additional cables for mechanical shifting.

Application
All MagCAD headset parts are 3D printed in a durable Nylon to ensure they are robust to many years of use. As with any steering related components they should be installed by a competent mechanic and inspected regularly. Incorrect assembly or mis-use may result in damage to the headset components and/or injury.

Particular care should be taken to ensure the internal cable routing is installed correctly and checked periodically.

Please note: This MagCAD bearing cover replaces the OEM Cannondale bearing cover but some further modification may be needed to the remaining headset assembly to complete the conversion. The Cannondale Delta Filler pieces should remain compatible but the ENVE top cap may need modification to work with the Cannondale Delta expander. Take care to follow the Cannondale instructions closely, any modifications are made at your own risk.

Material
MagCAD Mounts are 3D printed in Nylon PA12. However these are not your typical home 3D printers. Following a process of SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) on industrial size printers, costing anything above £100k, the resulting mounts have fantastic resolution and refinement. The surface finish is slightly rough with a matte effect and the performance of the mounts are comparable to injection moulded parts.

As with all MagCAD items it's more than possible to tweak or change the design to suit your particular installation. Feel free to get in contact for more details.
