TOMOON Humidifier Water Solenoid Valve
The 4040 by TOMOON is a replacement humidifier solenoid valve manufactured for all humidifiers except residential models 110, 112, 330, 350, 360, 445, 800, and commercial models. The solenoid valve turns water on and off to your humidifier but does not regulate volume which is done by a different part called an orifice. Contains pre-installed strainer in the inlet side of the valve for capturing clogging elements in the water such as dirt and sand. Uses pre-existing compression fitting on the outlet side. Electrically operated and uses 24 volts and 2.3 watts

Installation steps:
►Firstly, disconnect the humidifier and shut off the water supply to the unit.
►Secondly, remove the solenoid. Unclip the wires from the solenoid. Using the adjustable wrench to unscrew the compression nut and then remove the distributor and tubeLet remaining water drain into the plastic container. Disconnect the water supply. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws and discard the old
►Thirdly, install the solenoid. Alian the new solenoid and then tiahten the screws. Connect the water supply line. Replace the distributor tube and tighten the compression nut
►Finally, connect the wires to the solenoid and reconnect the humidifier.
Tools needed for installation：Adjustable wrench，Phillips head screwdriver
