26 foot custom trailer by "Offices To Go", built  for the oil fields - durable and warm, fully insulated ( ceiling, walls and floor) with real double pane windows throughout. Real oak trim and drawer faces. Fiberglass interior walls (easy to clean). Large, secure, insulated (2.5" styrofoam) ambulance style door, lock and frame.  

This unique unit has been upgraded to accommodate off-grid live aboard use with an oversized solar system, 2 burner stainless stove, stainless sink, shower, propane catalytic safety heater, new diesel heater (Nov 29), on demand hot water, bed, and a new stainless fridge in June.

The water pipes are all indoors protected against freezing.

Solar system:
1620 watts in 4 (Longi) panels,  4000 watt pure sine wave inverter (Giandel), 100 amp charging capacity in 2 (Victron) smart (Bluetooth) solar chargers, 30 amp Elite Pro 1 , 200 amp hour capacity in 2 Renogy Smart LiFePO4 batteries with Bluetooth. 30 amp plug for external power. 

30 gallons of water storage in 2 tanks onboard plus 1 x 15 gallon spare tank.

2' deep full access storage in back accessed by  2 barn doors 6'8" tall x 4' wide at rear.

Currently fitted with a single fold down mattress ( Tempur-pedic, behind Natuzzi leather arm chair). Armchairs are worn but solid and comfortable. 

The unit was originally sold with a double fold down couch, if you wanted to swap out the armchairs and folding bed.

Lots of counter/desk, drawer and cabinet space. Room for 2 office chairs/ work stations. Good lighting over each station.

Dual fuel generator, low hours. 6 x 20 pound propane bottles (2021) and a clean blue boy (fittings and adapters) included. 

New LF Bros 5 kw diesel heater with dedicated  deep cycle marine battery and charger. Plus a spare, new in box identical heater for backup.

Occupied off grid (last 14 months and counting) by owner currently in North Calgary.
