192.168.1.2 is the factory default IP - but we only accessed and setup/restored/upgraded firmware/reset using WiFiman Desktop Setup. A non networked PC is default to 169.x and wont find 192.x so again - WE DO NOT provide tech support.

YOU must google or know how to configure as this arrives to you in "NEEDS SETUP" Factory Reset mode.

NOTE - unit does take a few minutes to boot, and after reset/login takes a few minutes as well.

We had to restart our laptop used to test/reset/upgrade these switches almost every time after upgrade/reset.

This is normal for networking gear. WE are not responsible for user error or inability to setup network gear.
