The Walt Disney’s Treasury of Classic Tales comic strip was in print 

from July 13, 1952 through February 15, 1987.  It primarily served as a marketing 

tool to promote newly released (and re-releases) of Disney films.

Comic Strip dated May 22, 1966 from the adaptation of the

Walt Disney film LT. ROBIN CRUSOE, U.S.N.
