It is Wall-Hung Only and will not sit on a countertop or shelf. The weight of the flower head with the mirror makes it too top-heavy to sit unaided.

The wire is easily bent so you can easily bend it back into shape if a spot doesn't look right. However, not so bendable that
just touching it will bend sit.

This appears to be handmade.

This is such a unique piece with so many possibilities.
  Fill the basket with Spanish moss and silk flowers.
  Attach to a backer board out of cardboard cover with your favorite scrapbook paper or sheet music.
  Or use it as is.
 
 I am sure your creative juices will take this unique piece to a new level.
