Both parts of the ratchet are brand new or NOS stock. I bought this from my snap on dealer many years ago. Customer ordered the 100th anniversary head and wanted it installed. Handle is marked as a quick release but it obviously is not. The total ratchet is in perfect shape. See pictures for condition .
