This book is complete (contains all pages and covers).  The cover and centerfold are attached.

Slight spine creases.  Slight creases and bindery chip missing on upper spine end.  Slight bindery tear on lower spine end.   Bend and diagonal creases on lower right corner of front cover.  Small dents on upper front cover. Bends on left corners of back cover.
