We have several warehouses in United States to make the delivery. We ship the items based on distance and inventory in our warehouses.Your order might be shipped from different cities.
There are limits on weight or size for each parcel. When the items are overweight, we will ship them separately in different parcels. However, only one tracking number can be updated to the order.
Please contact us if you don't get your order completely and we will check the reason and respond as soon as possible.
We do not ship to APO,FPO,AK,HI,PR,VI,GU or international countries.
All orders will be dispatched within 3 business days and the estimated delivery time is 3-8 business days.
Return
We accept all return within 30 days after Buyer receive the parcel. The shipping cost shall be paid by Buyer, except defective items or wrongly sent goods.
The returned items must be new and in original package. any item in poor condition will not be credited.
